What is a META-Medicine diagnosis, and what will it give me?
A META-Medicine diagnosis is a focused conversation between you and your META-Health Coach. We will discuss the problems you are facing in your life and how they are affecting you. We will diagnose the stress based cause of your health issue, and then agree a plan to help you resolve it.
A META-Medicine diagnosis can help you to quickly and accurately:
* Discover exactly why you got ill
* Understand the real meaning behind your symptoms
* Uncover the specific emotions and thought patterns that are linked to your
health issue
* Find out which situations in your life trigger your health issue to recur
* Reduce worry and stress, as you begin to trust your body
* Know where you are in the 9 stages of the ‘dis-ease cycle’, from shock to
wellness
* Uncover what you need to do to fully resolve the issue
* Achieve sustainable health and vitality and raise consciousness
Following your diagnosis, a META-Therapy Plan will help you to choose the
therapies that will help you overcome the issue – rather than simply masking
the symptoms.
A META-Medicine diagnosis, when coupled with a META-Health Therapy Plan and
working with the right professionals, can enable you to get back to health,
while increasing your self-awareness and evolving your consciousness.
How we work in diagnosing your problem is to
establish the stressful event that caused your issue to occur in the first
place.
As many people believe, and science is finally coming to their senses and understanding, there is a mind, body, spirit, and environmental connection with our health. (See Bruce Lipton – Biology of belief) This means that a highly stressful or significant emotional event in your life, something that was a shock to you and where you did not have a strategy to deal with the shock, can affect your health. This we believe, in META-Medicine®, to be the start of a disease process.
With META-Medicine® Health Coaching we will work back from your symptoms (we use a proper medical diagnosis in most instances, to confirm the symptoms you are going through and the type of disease you have). We then work with you to find the stressful event(s) which caused your disease process to occur.
We know that when one of these unique shocks happen it affects you on all levels of your being, the Mind, Body, Spirit, Social, and Environment. Our aim is to assist you through your disease process quickly by unraveling the reason why you had the hock and then working with this information, we work out the best therapy plan for you.
Our approach is integrative, we will ask you to make certain changes in your life, work other recommended therapies and alongside with your doctor. We want you to comfortable with any interventions that may be necessary, you will not be asked to do thing that will not work for you.
In the introductory session we will go through your current goals in life, current health issues and discover what internal barriers are preventing you from achieving the life, relationships, health and career that you desire and deserve. - META-Health Coaching and ongoing therapy
Prior to the development of a coaching engagement you will be sent an information pack including a basic introduction to META-Medicine, Values questionnaire, Personal History questionnaire, and Coaching client interaction process model to assist your decision making process.
This pre pack has been designed to help you orient and navigate your way through the initial parts of the META-Health coaching process easily and effortlessly. Once you have read through and completed and returned the relevant sections we can organise a mutually agreeable time for the META-Health Coaching sessions to begin.
META-Health Coaching and Therapy is a unique synthesis of many different sciences and disciplines including life coaching philosophy and skills, META-Medicine, EFT, Matrix Reimprinting, Z Point process, NLP, Psych-K and Crystal Healing, coupled with information from spiritual development disciplines. We will work together toward the release of a specific blocked stressful thought patterns and emotions, create and put in place successful strategies that enable you to experience greater freedom of thought, feeling and improved health
Duration: META-Health Coaching programmes are usually between 3 min and 12 months.
Duration and value is determined on an individual needs basis and depends on the scale, complexity and scope of current health issues
